He Gone: MacUseless Goes Bye-Bye!
The Chicago White Sox, bowing to pressure from Chip Shots, have issued a (one way?) bus ticket to relief pitcher Mike MacUseless to Charlotte. Reliever Ehren Wasserman, who was jobbed out of the last spot on the pitching staff, will most likely be brought up for today's game against the Baltimore Orioles."I read Chip's blog every day" said Sox General Manager Kenny Williams, "and he is absolutely right. Mike MacDougal doesn't belong on our roster. In fact, if Chip wasn't so committed to waking up Sheboygan every morning, I'd hire him as a talent evaluator because he is usually dead on."
Sox manager Ozzie Guillen agreed. "I used to think Cheep was a &%^$, but he knew MacDougal was useless from the get go. Thank God we listened to him on Brian Anderson. The kid won the game for us last night."
Chip Ramsey was trying to watch the Sox game, the NFL draft and the NHL playoffs simultaneously while still trying to pay half assed attention to his wife and could not be immediately reached for comment.
