Random Shots: Did You Ever Had To Make Up Your Mind?

Random shots while wondering whatever happened to Chris Snopek:
  • The Bulls coaching search has gone form a search to a cluster of the highest order.  The only reason I can think of for it taking this long is that the Bulls want to talk with assistants of the Lakers and Celtics.  The bottom line is for every day that goes by, the Bulls look more inept which may preclude them from getting the guy they want.  Good thing White Sox marketing guy Brooks (anything for a buck) Boyer isn't with the Bulls any more.  He'd push for Kelvin Sampson and then have him sponsored by US Cellular.
  • Cedric Benson is set to report for the Bears OTAs today.  I wonder if the Bears are concerned that their feature running back has a blood alcohol level number higher than his yards per carry number.
  • Seeing how well Ozzie Guillen's rant worked for the White Sox, Cubs manager Lou Piniella goes off on one of his own.
  • Former Raiders great and current Alabama radio announcer Ken Stabler is a lot of things, but sober isn't one of them. (Roll 'Bama Roll)
  • If there is a NASCAR driver hotter right now than Kasey Kahne, I don't know who he is.  No, Kyle Bush was yesterday's news.
  • Scott Miller thinks Willie Randolph is a "Dead man Walking"and other bad movie puns. (CBS Sportsline)
  • From the people that brought you Alexi Ramirez and Jose Contreras, comes another guy on a raft
  • Even after fellow Republican Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) flogged him in the media, Senator Arlen Sphincter (R-Comcast) will not let the NFL spygate incident go away.  If I lived in Pennsylvania, I'd be circulating a petition for a recall election because obviously he's out of tough with anything that's actually important to anyone except the people that bought him.  BTW, John McCain. Senator Graham would make a terrific running mate. (Yahoo Sports)
  • Dan Wetzel says the Zenmaster is grumpy this morning. (Yahoo Sports)
  • Today's list: The key roles of Adam Sandler.  (EW)
