Butkus D. Dogg's Friday Fearless Forecast Week 19

I hope you had a nice New Year's.  We had fun except on New Year's Eve when the fat dog put a lampshade on his head and started dancing around.  I had to remind him 4pm was a little early for that.

I was 4-1 last week missing only the Cowboys and Eagles.  I'm sure a lot of people didn't see that one coming including Jerry Jones, Wade Phillips and the entire Cowboy team.

Here's how I see the first week of the playoffs:

Atlanta vs. Arizona: Atlanta could surprise a lot of people in these playoffs as next to the Giants they are probably the best balanced team in the NFC.  Arizona is literally happy to be here and would have to improve their play light years to get bast the Falcons.  Take Atlanta.

Indianapolis vs. San Diego: This may be one of the better games this wildcard weekend.  Yes, Indy has Peyton and yes he's played a lot better the second half of the season, by the Chargers have LT and a pretty good defense.  I'm thinking upset here.  Take the Chargers.

Baltimore vs. Miami: The Raves enter the game with a rookie QB.  The Dolphins have more experience not only behind center but on the coaching staff.  Take Miami.

Philadelphia vs. Minnesota: Too bad for the Vikings they didn't get to open with Arizona.  Philly out classes the Vikings in all categories.  Take Philly.
