I'm Chip Ramsey a career broadcaster who has been a sports radio program director in Milwaukee and Nashville. I've covered everything from high school and college sports (including the SEC, Big Ten, MVC and OVC) to Major League Baseball, The NFL and the NHL. I have a few things to say, and when I want to say them, I say them here.

Here we go again with the annual Brett Favre should I stay or should I go sweepstakes. According to Farve's enabler Peter King, this may be the end for the Elderly Hillbilly. But if it is, why is Favre friendly Jeff Jagodzinski possibly willing to risk his job to talk to the Jets? By the way, I appreciate Boston College's edict that if Jags talks to the Jets he's gone. It's nice to see a university decide they aren't going to be held hostage by a football coach with traveling shoes. Stay tuned, kids. This one is a long way from over.
There is no doubt that White Sox fans are lovers not fighters.
There was no post-Winter Classic hangover for the Blackhawks. In fact, if they would have played this hard on Thursday, the results might have been different.
After what went down at the Sugar Bowl, I'm going to keep my fool mouth shut about how Ohio State doesn't belong in a BCS game.
We're always happy when people from our alma mater do well and sad when they don't.
