I'm Chip Ramsey a career broadcaster who has been a sports radio program director in Milwaukee and Nashville. I've covered everything from high school and college sports (including the SEC, Big Ten, MVC and OVC) to Major League Baseball, The NFL and the NHL. I have a few things to say, and when I want to say them, I say them here.

Boom Goes The Dynamite: Cubs Clobber White Sox

It's a spring training game, so let's not panic. Highlights:

Jeff Marquez looked good in his two innings pitched.
Matt Thornton looked good in his pre-WBC tuneup game
Octavio Dotel is really struggling. I won't worry about it until mid-March, but two bad outings like he's had may be cause for some mild concern.
Adam Russell may have pitched his way off the roster with a second shaky appearance.
Ditto Ehren Wasserman, PI.
Brad Salmon's new nickname is "smoked." .
Brent Lillibridge struggled going 0-4 with an error yesterday.
DeWayne Wise quietly went 2-4.
I don't think Q has a spring training hit yet. Nope, he doesn't. Interesting.
White Sox meet the Dodgers this afternoon. The game is on 670AM this afternoon and on MLB.TV.
