Need To Catch A Plane? Scott Linebrink Can Help

The Sox took a 3-1 lead into the bottom of the ninth only to have their hearts broken by Bobby Jenks who gave up a two out home run to Brewers cast off Bill Hall to tie the game at three.
In a fit of desperation and knowing his team had a plane to catch, Ozzie Guillen trotted out Tony Pena. Much to his frustration, that didn't work. So, out came Octavio Dotel. That didn't work. Finally, Ozzie guaranteed a Seattle victory in the bottom of the fourteenth when he sent Scott Linebrink to the hill. Linebrink did his job, giving up a game winning hit to Ichiro.
"I tell you what" Guillen told the media after the game "I was getting worried that we would not get home in time for the 2am replay of the Miami-Georgia Tech game on ESPN. I forget to set my &%^$ing Tivo. So, I asked Coop who we could put in to end this game. I was thinking about letting Jayson Nix pitch, but Coop told me Linebrink was our guy. I'm proud of Scotty, he did exactly what we thought he would do out there and did not disappoint us."
The tragic number is 10. Kansas City comes to town tonight. The only difference between them and Jenks and Linebrink is they go away on Sunday while Jenks and Linebrink don't.
