Racial Insensitivity Isn't Just For White Guys Anymore
If Gus Johnson were a middle aged white guy like Jim Nantz or an elderly white guy like Dick Stockton, Dick Enberg or Verne Lundquist, he would be suspended by now.
Al and Jesse would have made the morning talk shows demanding his firing because of "racial insensitivity."
If he worked for ESPN, he'd be fired by now.
Now the $100 million dollar question: Is Gus Johnson going to get a pass because he's black?
So far, no action has been announced against Johnson, who used the phrase "break away from the cops speed" in describing a run by Tennessee's Chris Johnson.
Okay, player's union. You said Rush was a racist. What about Gus?
Judge for yourself
