Bears Fans Be Careful What You Wish For

It was obvious that the Bears game plan was to play rope a dope with the Rams, running the football down their throat. It was the Ostrich offense. Minimize mistakes, and run, run, run. And they did. And so did the Rams. The difference was the Rams couldn't score a touchdown. I don't know if it was their inept offense, their awful quarterback (Kyle Boller) or poor play calling, but Bears fans, who have a season full of that, rejoiced in the fact that it was happening to someone else.
So, what do you do when you win a narrow victory over an awful team? A win is a win is a win. You enjoy it. Because next Sunday, the Packers are coming to town and they probably will bury the Bears in the snow and the Soldier Field turf.
When it comes to wins, t's not the quality, it's the quantity. The Bears have had little of each this year.
