Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte: Bowl Game Loses Muffler

he organizers of the Charlotte Bowl Game have dropped Meineke as the title sponsor. No longer will you have to watch George Foreman stumble through a half time presentation.
No word yet on who will pick up the baton (this is a fourth tier bowl game, anyway) but I would suggest mixing football with auto racing. Almost every NASCAR team in the country is housed in Charlotte and a "NASCAR Bowl) would be great pub for both college football and NASCAR. Since NASCAR is always looking to bring itself into the main stream, how great would it be to host a college football game?"
You could have cars all around the stadium. Drivers could sign autographs at the game (they are like rock stars in North Carolina) and NASCAR could give something back to its' home community.
Besides, when you lose a muffler, who better than a NASCAR crew chief to replace it?
